They swapped a car with another dealership just so we could get the model and trim we were after, they offered discounting, and added in extras at no charge making sure we went with them. More

I’ve had positive experiences whenever I bring my car in for routine service. I appreciate the attentiveness and communication while my car is being looked at. The added bonus of valet service and loaner ca for routine service. I appreciate the attentiveness and communication while my car is being looked at. The added bonus of valet service and loaner car availability, has been extremely helpful. During my last visit, they picked up my car at work. When it turned out my car needed additional work, they brought me a loaner car and then exchanged the cars the next day at work, again. So very grateful! More

Came in for an oil change and upon inspection found front brakes badly in need of replacing. Front brakes were supposed to be done on last visit 6 months ago but they did the rear instead which had just been brakes badly in need of replacing. Front brakes were supposed to be done on last visit 6 months ago but they did the rear instead which had just been done 6 months previously at different location. Correct Brake job done at no charge but they were unwilling to provide lifetime warranty that is offered. Came in 3 days later for front control arm bushings repair and service person did not know what I was there for (thought just an alignment) then was confusing front and back when I told him what needed to be done. When I booked the appointment I did it by phone and was very specific about what work needed to be done. It seems the computer system they are using to record services done and needed is poor. Not user friendly apparently. While service staff were friendly I am very unhappy that an incorrect brake job was performed. The mechanic should have recognized a newer brake job not in need of replacing. I am also unhappy with the poor communication and recording of work that was done and what is needed. More
