I'm on my 5th Subaru ( We currently own 2 now and 1 is being leased). 4 of them were handled through Granite, they are always great to deal with . Jason did a good job. The technician did a good job on the oil change and tire rotation, but said that he couldn't replicate the problem with the stereo speakers. but when The technician did a good job on the oil change and tire rotation, but said that he couldn't replicate the problem with the stereo speakers. but when my wife picked up the car, the front speakers cut out before she got home? Ordinarily, I give them five stars, but it makes me wonder if they checked the stereo system. Jason told me there was a program update on the stereo system, which took a long time to do, but that didn't fix the problem. More
