I received extraordinary service during my visit. My appointment was for routine maintenance plus detailing which meant it would take all day. I was offered valet service when I made the appointment My appointment was for routine maintenance plus detailing which meant it would take all day. I was offered valet service when I made the appointment but decided to stay the day and would keep busy reading and doing a sewing project. When I arrived for my appointment I was fortunate to have Jason as my service rep. He is an extraordinary employee. He also offered valet service in case I wanted to go home. I assured him I was fine waiting but he regularly checked on me to make sure I was fine. The waiting room at Granite is very comfortable and offers superb amenities for guests comfort. At lunchtime Jason made suggestions for restaurants and arranged a valet ride there. When I was done lunch Jason sent another valet to get me, describing the driver and vehicle in great detail so I would safely recognize it. Throughout the day Jason kept me posted on the progress of the work on my vehicle. I had a question about my Outback’s GPS. Jason not only answered it in detail but gave me a printout and explained how to access info on my computer. Thanks to Jason’s service my entire day was a very very positive one. The maintenance job and detailing were extraordinary quality. It was a pleasant day well spent. Thank you very very much, Jason!!!
