I am the General Manager here at Dick Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I attended Plymouth Salem High School and Albion College. I have been in the automotive industry for 35 years all of which have been with Dick Scott Automotive Group, the company my father, Mr. Dick Scott, started almost 50 years ago. The purchasing process was smooth and quick Staff was helpful and attentive, answered all my questions. Dishonest The service center at this dealership is horrid. The “work” done is pitiful and had to be redone by another shop. Other work that they were hired to do was not done at all. The service manager Chris and the owner Jason Scott do not care how or if their customers are being helped. Should you choose this dealership, you will be lied to. My experience with Dick Scott was shameful. More

Great car buying experience! It took a little while to find the right car for me and wait for the right incentives, but it was WELL worth the wait. Antwone was a pleasure to deal with, and Jason went above and beyond to work with me and accommodate my situation. He is truly a man of his word, no games here. When it came time to finally sign the paperwork, and take the car, I was in and out in under an hour. Very painless! I highly recommend them! More
