The next morning, I was at your dealership when the doors opened and was greeted by WR, only to find out it had been sold the day before! To be honest, that was a totally irritating waste of my time that day! I did look at a second used Murano and received a totally insulting offer on my trade. I dealt with Nissan of Cool Springs when I purchased my Rogue from them 5 years ago and was treated well. I was looking for the same respect on this visit. The fact that I spoke with your "internet team" the night before and was not informed the vehicle was sold was a lack of communication/professionalism on your company. It seems to be a deceptive marketing scheme just to get me in your store with the possibility of shifting my focus to a more expensive vehicle. It would have saved us all a lot of trouble this busy time of the year had I been informed from your "internet team" the night prior. Not sure I will be doing any future business with you. Thank you. He was cordial and friendly; helped us quickly find what we were looking for (I had no desire to walk around a car lot for six hours with two young kids in tow), and my husband and I sat down to discuss price for our trade in and new vehicle price. It was smooth and actually a pretty good time! We've purchased 3-4 cars from this dealership and they've done well by us every time.
