I met with both Jason and Adam. I had a trade in. Jason and I had a very cordial and respectful discussion until we arrived at a number that was a win-win. Adam educated me on all the features of the car and was very informative. I felt very comfortable with the car when he was finished. Rich handled the paperwork and financing. He was transparent and explained all my financing and warranty options. He made it easier to pick the best options for me. I came from Indianapolis, and am glad I did. The people who live in and around Columbus are probably familiar with Carver Toyota, but they are worth considering if you live out of the area. I would not hesitate to refer Carver Toyota to my family and friends. To top it off, the Toyota Crown is an amazing vehicle. Thank you! More
