Found the 2019 Lexus online and received a prompt reply and virtual tour of the vehicle from Jason VanBall. We had one of the best experiences at a car dealership. I was negotiating a price of a pre-owned car with them. Even though the car was not a Porsche or a Mercedes they had taken care of us pretty well. Jaso was negotiating a price of a pre-owned car with them. Even though the car was not a Porsche or a Mercedes they had taken care of us pretty well. Jason Vanball was the sales guy we were communicating with. After we locked down the price and decided on a date to fly down there. I had asked to send me a small walk around video. He made beautiful video explaining some of the features of the car like someone was reviewing the car. He also came to pick us up from the hotel. He was there on time and to make the experience more special he came in a Porsche Panamera. It was a good 30mins drive. Upon arrival the documents and keys were ready. He gave tour of the showroom and the cars while the finance team was finishing up last minute paper work. So when it’s all done, there was also a black board with “Congratz” note on it. That was really sweet. All in all great experience. Will definitely recommend and ask for Jason. More

Jason was awesome!! Taking the extra time and effort to provide “home test drive” and final home delivery was a game changer. Jason’s care and attention - even after the purchase has been phenomenal. Disappointed with the position the dealership took on a part that was not properly secured apparently after work was performed. A parts department attendant at the Okla City Audi dealership came to the abo part that was not properly secured apparently after work was performed.
