No loaner car & little help securring reimbursement for rental car. Existing problem not resolved. Same problem happened 3 days after getting car back. Wanted to make a new appointment and was told a loane rental car. Existing problem not resolved. Same problem happened 3 days after getting car back. Was fantastic for 15 years since I’ve owned my 2010 not so much now! Seems like 80% turnover in the service advisors!
