Why would I bring my truck back to you guys to service it when I was there for an oil change and tire rotation and you guys couldn't even fill my tires to proper pressure. Had to do when I got home Plus it when I was there for an oil change and tire rotation and you guys couldn't even fill my tires to proper pressure. Had to do when I got home Plus I took my truck to a certified mechanic and he looked over everything on that list Both filters are still in new condition Nothing wrong with belts Brakes still have 5000-10000 miles before even hitting the squeaker And your people wanted to charge me $190 just to hook it up to diagnostic for air conditioner and that didn't even include cost for free-on or anything Fixed that for $60 You will not get anymore of mine or my mothers business as you guys tried ripping me off More

The dealership did not keep me informed as to what was going on with my car. When I would reach out it often took days to.get information back and all I was looking for was a time estimate since I was re going on with my car.
