First they said the diagnosis will take up to 48 hours. It turns out I left my truck on Tuesday 9am and after my several calls on Wendesday and Thursday trying to find out what is going on and after I talk It turns out I left my truck on Tuesday 9am and after my several calls on Wendesday and Thursday trying to find out what is going on and after I talked to Jason a couple of times and a service manager they finally said they think they found a problem and I can get a rental car on Friday! After a week I picked up my truck and they said the issue has been fixed but unfortunately after only 8 days of driving the same problem came back which obviously it lowered my experience with Zeigler Schaumburg dealership and satisfaction at this point although I bought this truck with Zeigler in 2023 and since I bought it I never had any problems till now. My advice: better communication and definitely much quicker response to a lot of phone calls I made and messages I left to find some answers. More

Entire experience went smoothly. I did not have to wait for a long time. Jason was very professional, he showed me all the issues that were discovered in my vehicle during the oil ch I did not have to wait for a long time. Jason was very professional, he showed me all the issues that were discovered in my vehicle during the oil change, and offered me future services to take care of said issues. Overall, Jason was very professional all around. He did not force any services on me. He just listed them to me plainly and offered me services to take care of them. More

First, I want to thank the service team at Ziegler. I had my transmission replaced elsewhere, but I had problems with it and went back, only to find that the ownership had changed and they couldn't ser I had my transmission replaced elsewhere, but I had problems with it and went back, only to find that the ownership had changed and they couldn't service it. However, when I went to Ziegler, the service manager was kind enough to help me, and thanks to Jason's efforts, my car was fixed and I was able to get back to work. I am very grateful. More
