Jason has been great, but we keep on having an issue
after an issue with our car that is less than we need year old. The major problem is that when the check engine light turns on over and over again,

The major problem is that when the check engine light turns on over and over again, we are not able to make an appointment with a mechanic untill a week or two ahead. We bought a brand new car that keeps on braking and it takes weeks for someone to even take a look. This is very frustrating.
