Very large selection of trucks to choose from. Anthony was very helpful and showed me several different trucks to choose from. He was very knowledgeable of each of the trucks that I was shown. Bad experience, 2nd Ford expedition max that has had problems with less than 10k.. last time we had to trade (loss money) this time can't find the problem after they drove it 200 miles and didn't offer problems with less than 10k.. last time we had to trade (loss money) this time can't find the problem after they drove it 200 miles and didn't offer or reimburse for the gas. Not happy.. and still havent received the follow up call after picked the car up. More

Work done was satisfactory but I didn’t like the fact my concierge didn’t wear a mask. He apologize for not having one but what good is that. I disagree with that decision, this virus is highly contagious, i take medication for underlying issues and do not want this virus!! Very disappointed with Ford for this alone. Mr Waller mentioned if asked, they can put on but most people will not ask, why not just do it to save lives? More

Not happy with them standing behind their product. My F 150 after 41000 miles left me stranded because the gear shift linkage was bad. Not covered under warranty and should be . Not very pleased with Green Ford. My 2017 F150 with 41000 miles was in for a gear shift linkage problem. Everyone agreed it should not happen, wasn’t anything I did and nothing I could prevent but still was miles was in for a gear shift linkage problem. I have purchased 3 trucks from Green in the past 8 yrs and will not return. More
