I am impressed with Green Ford. When they mess up they quickly correct the problem. They are customer oriented and I have and will recommend them to anyone needing transportation. I do not know if Mr Gree quickly correct the problem. They are customer oriented and I have and will recommend them to anyone needing transportation. This dealership is quick and easy and friendly. I dropped my car at 10 for oil change and check up. It was done at 11:30 but I didn't want o pick it up until 5. Greenford addressed all the issues I had on my last service. When I took my car in the tech staff tried to sell a service I didn’t need and kept pushing it. He finally accepted to perform the maintenan service. When I took my car in the tech staff tried to sell a service I didn’t need and kept pushing it. He finally accepted to perform the maintenance I took my car in for. At the end of service he told me the air filter was not replaced because it was still ok even though I’m the replacement should have been done. I reported these issues and I got a call from Jason which quickly addressed my issues by reimbursing me for the unpleasant service and also gave me a free of charge air filter replacement. I never had issues with greenford before and I really feel Jason handled it really well. More
