I am not encouraging customers to visit close to closing time, however my encounters happened to be close to closing time and not once did I feel rushed. They were professionals and saw the whole buying process through to the finish. Most of the time managers/owners are invisible, not at Park City Ford, Jason came over and spoke with us on both visits. Jason was friendly and approachable. Picking up the truck was easy. Jen was fast efficient and friendly with the final paperwork. Jasper was mid lunch when I arrived early and did a great job of walking me through the truck and all its features. Then the ride home was magic. Back in the seat of a ford. I have had both Ford and Chevy but when I got home I did not have to tell my wife how much I liked the truck because the grin on my face gave it away. Something special about the look and feel of the ford. Also nice that Park City Ford was able to earn my business in Fairfield County where my dollars spent help and contribute to our local economy.
