Each played a crucial role in delivering a positive and memorable car-buying experience, showcasing their expertise and dedication to customer service. Jatin – Sales Jatin stands out for his approachable demeanor and extensive product knowledge. From the moment I entered the showroom, he was attentive to my needs, listened carefully to my preferences, and offered insightful recommendations without any pressure. Jatin’s ability to explain car features and options made the selection process smooth and enjoyable. He was patient with my questions – and I had many as this was my first foray into an EV - and he ensured that I was comfortable with every decision, from introduction to test drive, before moving forward. His follow-up and commitment to customer satisfaction were exceptional. Faith – Finance Agent Faith made the financing process straightforward and stress-free. She explained all the financial options and answered my concerns with clarity and transparency. Faith was thorough in helping me understand the terms, interest rates, and payment plans available. Her professional approach and efficiency were greatly appreciated, making the “paperwork” process seamless and much less daunting than expected. Anita – Teacher/Trainer Anita played a key role in ensuring I understood every aspect of my new vehicle. I should mention first that I was only available on what was to be her day off. She made a special trip to the dealership to accommodate my needs. Her training session – supposed to run up to an hour -was informative and tailored to my level of experience (which was none), covering everything from basic controls to advanced features. Anita’s communication style is friendly and engaging, and she patiently answered all my questions. She provided valuable tips on vehicle maintenance and technology, making me feel empowered and well-prepared as a new owner. Given my starting point, we went well into a second hour. She simply wasn’t going to quit until she knew I was out of questions. Her dedication to customer education truly sets her apart.
