The day of the appointment after all is said and done the vehicle is worse off than when I brought it in. Asked for someone to test drive it and the mechanic agreed it’s much worse. I was scheduled for another one that moment and I physically went there to get it done. When the job was done the mechanic conducting the alignment told me it will still pull no matter what until I change the tires. So now I’m left holding the bag on hundreds of dollars. I go back to eastchester Jeep to try and plead my case for new tires and I get told “there not that bad”. My tires are worn out in the front and my vehicle won’t continue to stay in a straight line and god only knows how it passed inspection but that’s another topic for another time. More

I felt as if I knew him which was the reason I decided to go with Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I was there with a friend who was returning a lease and knew that I wanted a Jeep but really had no intention of making that decision on that day. I was so comfortable that I thought to myself "it won't get any better than this." I didn't want to take the chance of ending up with someone that would just want to sell me without caring about what I wanted. In fact, what I wanted was not there and Javier not only hunted it down, I spoke with him as he was driving it back to the lot from Brooklyn. I will recommend this dealership to anyone that starts to talk about buying or leasing any car. I'm looking forward to going back and catching up over some coffee when it's time for the first oil change but truth be told you can feel comfortable enough to stop by if you're just in the neighborhood.
