I wasn't planning on buying a car but after we came and got the Chevy cruise I decided I wanted to trade in my car to get the equinox ; after test driving it I fell in love and what made me want to purchase it was that it was a 4 cylinder . Javier was so helpful with our purchase of the Cruze that I came back the same day to purchase my Equinox . He was so helpful with everything I couldn't be happier . He answered every question I had and was very informative . I will refer all my friends to sunrise and Javier :) Rick was my finance guy and he was great as well! Very impressed with both of them :) More

Used car time We had purchased our last car from Javier and Sunrise Chevrolet..a 2007 Charger and Javier would call from time to time to see if we were satisfied wi We had purchased our last car from Javier and Sunrise Chevrolet..a 2007 Charger and Javier would call from time to time to see if we were satisfied with the purchase...then he called to see if we wanted to upgrade and i thought why not...I'm not the easiest customer to work with for various reasons...one of which is car buying is much like a trip to the dentist...a necessary evil...but Javier makes the chore of buying a car a true pleasure...he's easy to work with and he and the whole staff really bend over backwards almost to get you what you need...even with my credit the worked with me and got me a great Chevy Malibu at what i told them i could afford..i will definitely go back and see my guy Javier again when it's time to buy another car More

Great Service! Great Purchase! We drove 2 1/2 hours from Central IL in response to an online ad for a 2001 Buick LeSabre. The salesman who assisted us was Javier Guzman. We cannot say enough about the superior service that Javier gave us during our purchase. Because the car was older, we wanted to make sure that there were no glaring known problems with the vehicle. Javier explained that the vehicle had to pass union shop inspections to even be put on the lot, that minor problems would be fixed, and, if the problems were too great, the car would go to auction, rather than be put on the lot for sale,. When we asked for a copy of the shop inspection, he provided it. When we asked for an explanation of the codes, he brought in another gentleman to explain the codes. Because of Javier's attention to our concerns, we left Sunrise Chevrolet feeling that we had purchased a very good car, at a reasonable price. We would, most definitely, recommend Sunrise Chevrolet to our friends. Equally important, we would highly recommend Javier Guzman as a salesman who is knowledgeable, courteous and concerned about making the purchase of a vehicle a positive experience. More
