Simply the best I spent a long Saturday going to dealership after dealership all the while not finding the right car or, in may instances, the right sales person. The last stop of the day was at Sunrise, where I was immediately greeted by Sales Consultant Javier Guzman. Thank goodness for Javier. We (my wife, our 3 year old son and I) arrived around 5:15 (they close at 6pm) and were immediately felt welcomed simply by Javier's willingness to listen to what exactly we were looking for. We didn't ahve the biggest budget to work with, and this was not an issue for Javier. He proceeded to show us those vehicles which most closely matched our requirements instead of trying to push us into something we simply couldn't afford to try and get us to over spend. He was incredibly patient as we examined an increasingly large number of cars, even though us taking our time to find the right vehicle meant that he was having to work longer and longer past closing time. Moreover, he graciously opened the door for my son each time he wanted to sit in the cars that we were looking at, taking the time to make sure that he was having fun while my wife and I were discussing the pros and cons of the vehicles we were looking at. In the end, we happily purchased a new to us Ford Fusion that is a great fit for our family. That being said, even if we didn't find something that day, Javier won our business and we would have been purchasing from him regardless of when we finally found something. A quick note of thanks should also go to Sean Donato. After we had all come to agreement on the car and the deal, Sean had to get us through the paperwork. Thanks to a single blank contract and a seemingly unending supply of pens and highlighters, my son was kept busy "buying his car" (read: coloring) while my wife and I took care of the actual signing that needed to take place. In the end, the thing that set Sunrise along with Javier and Sean out from the other dealerships I visited was the sense of family. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, it was their demonstrations of care for my family that made us WANT to do business with them. Thank you so much for all that you did to make this such an enjoyable experience, you have made us a customer for life. More

Another GREAT new-car buying experience..... Picked up my 2016 Traverse last week. Ordered our 3rd car in 3 years from Javier. As in the past it was a great buying experience. Traded in my Taho Picked up my 2016 Traverse last week. Ordered our 3rd car in 3 years from Javier. As in the past it was a great buying experience. Traded in my Tahoe for the new Traverse. Had to order a 2016 due to lack of availability of a 2015 model that I wanted. Despite me bugging them as to where/when it was they all always had a smile and a kind word. I have my cars serviced there as well and am always happy with the service. I would NOT hesitate to recommend Javier AND Sunrise to anyone looking for a car. More

He's always so straight with me regarding my options. The was one minor problem with the truck, and Dave Straus got that taken care of, taking the time to really listen to the issue. As soon as I walked into Sunrise I was greeted by Jose and Javier. They did everything possible to find us the car that we wanted. I was also treated in the nicest way by Eric. Of course we left with a car and we're extatic with our purchase. Kudos to all of these men that helped us. I normally take my car to be serviced at the Nissan dealership next door but I am sure that I will get the same service and friendliness that I received with the Sales crew. The way car buying should be Honestly ... I went here with my best pal because she bought a new car... I anticipated buying one myself, but wasn't too sure because the fact the pa Honestly ... I anticipated buying one myself, but wasn't too sure because the fact the payments the previous dealership had figured out were for leasing options and they were HIGH too high, and credit score was awesome keep in mind.. well anyways so after test driving my 2014 kia optima and speaking with Javier and the awesome finance guy they worked out a awesome monthly payment only 500 dollars down vs the 2,000 that the previous dealership anticipated and also got my interest rate from 5% down to 4.7% which was even better then the beginning offer before signing the papers to purchase. The finance guy was actually really funny!!! The overall experiance went very very well, and I would highly reccomend this place to friends and family. Thank you again Javier for making sure my car was nice and shiny when I took it home too :) Thank you so much! Love my new car :) More
