I had an emergency ... blew 2 tires at 730 am last Friday. Went right to Grieco... the ordered the tires ... sent me home in a courtesy Uber... hand my car ready to go by 2 pm! While I was very happy with the service center employees , I am dissatisfied with Chevrolet’s standing behind the Chevrolet product. Worst service I have ever had. Took 3 1/2 months and 4 tries to fix my brand new car. Forgot to pit all pieves on mu vehicle before returned, used a tie strap instead of the factory pin needed, lost 2 pi tries to fix my brand new car.
