Traveled 5 hours to buy a used vehicle there. Still no title or plate transfer after 36 days now. I have left messages with three different people on multiple occasions with no return calls. The second key was supposed to be made by a company they use and now I'm suppose to pay for it in full at the audi dealer and hope the people who can't return calls refund me the bill. Salesman was great, every other aspect falls far from being anywhere I could recommend. Bought car at near full sticker even though it needed brakes all replaced and had mild cosmetic flaws. Honestly wish I could have left a better review. Will update if any problems are solved. More

My overall experience with this service department was not the best. I had to go through hoops and chains in order to get any sort of update on my vehicle. Mike however was exceptional in helping me, thou not the best. I had to go through hoops and chains in order to get any sort of update on my vehicle.
