Told me I had a bumper to bumper on the Chevy Colorado I bought from them for 5 months or 36000 whichever came first 8/21/21. Then 2 days after buying the truck the NOz sensor 1 went bad so I took it to Mik bought from them for 5 months or 36000 whichever came first 8/21/21. Then 2 days after buying the truck the NOz sensor 1 went bad so I took it to Mike Maroone Chevy and found out from them that my bumper to bumper expired in July. Called Grieco Chevy and tried to figure it out on 8/23/21 but I kept getting transferred to other people by the front desk personnel and no one answered. So I left messages for about 4 different people and haven’t heard back from anyone. More

Promised car back 4pm next day. Went there at 5pm not ready. Ready following day at 4pm . Car was spotless when I brought it in. Traveled 5 hours to buy a used vehicle there. Still no title or plate transfer after 36 days now. I have left messages with three different people on multiple occasions with no return calls. The second ke title or plate transfer after 36 days now. I have left messages with three different people on multiple occasions with no return calls. The second key was supposed to be made by a company they use and now I'm suppose to pay for it in full at the audi dealer and hope the people who can't return calls refund me the bill. Salesman was great, every other aspect falls far from being anywhere I could recommend. Bought car at near full sticker even though it needed brakes all replaced and had mild cosmetic flaws. Honestly wish I could have left a better review. Will update if any problems are solved. More

Being a single mother of 3 makes is difficult for me to be without my vehicle for long periods of time. They were so very helpful to make sure i had my car when needed and returned it to me in a timely fas be without my vehicle for long periods of time. My overall experience with this service department was not the best. I had to go through hoops and chains in order to get any sort of update on my vehicle. Mike however was exceptional in helping me, thou not the best. I had to go through hoops and chains in order to get any sort of update on my vehicle. Mike however was exceptional in helping me, though my actual service advisor lacked simple communication. My sales experience here was great but the experience I had with the service department was pretty much disappointing. More
