The service center did little to diagnose my vehicle’s mechanical issue. When I dropped off my vehicle, I told them I suspected that the distributor was malfunctioning. They did little to investigate the mechanical issue. When I dropped off my vehicle, I told them I suspected that the distributor was malfunctioning. They did little to investigate the issue and instead took my suggestion as fact and charged me over $200 for my own diagnosis. To really add to the sting, Grieco Chevrolet quoted over $900 for parts and with labor over $2300, which is an outrage. This is a 1-2hour job and the parts cost no more than $200. An OEM AC Delco distributor costs approximately $90 and the OEM AC Delco wires cost about $50. I have been scammed out of $200 and this dealer attempted to scam me out of $2300. Thankfully I am not a fool. Finally, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, they took 27 minutes to bring my vehicle from the lot. They told me they were havung trouble finding it. This is odd because I was told that they had just finished putting the parts back on the vehcile after finishing the diagnosis. If they had just finished putting the parts back on, how did they lose track of the vehicle’s location? This is additional evidence that they did not even examine the vehicle but instead assumed my personal diagnosis was correct and then charged me for a diagnosis without conducting any work. More

I had a good experience with my sales guy, he was great. He was friendly enthusiastic and a great help. With his wonderful attitude it made me decide to buy the car but my experience was not the same with He was friendly enthusiastic and a great help. The staff is very nice and helpful at the service center. I did not feel comfortable during the purchasing process. Also, I feel you lie to me and, in fact, you did that couple of time during the process. I guess that's the way all vehicles dealership are. In a side suggestions, you should add a better waiting area and a nicer showroom experience adding maybe plants, better seating areas, nice scent, etc... Another note, one of your sales rep needs to lower his energy and let customers talk. I think the main propose of the sales person is to listen to the customer and learn what the customer needs. More
