I brought my car for services oil change for balance and also maybe a problem with other things I discuss With the rep ... no only keep my car for the whole day , I call the rep asking what's the update, he also maybe a problem with other things I discuss With the rep ... no only keep my car for the whole day , I call the rep asking what's the update, he’s respond was it’s with the transmission tech, so I pick my car the next day and the only thing the did was plum change... so they never fixed the regularMaintenance wasn’t done !!! I been services my cars on this location, best service when it was Auto Nation ! More

I won’t be going back. I purchase my car’s oil changes from Chevy dealerships only. I walked in and the front desk employee was rude. I then was assigned to an individual named “Kye” (short for something) from Chevy dealerships only. I walked in and the front desk employee was rude. I then was assigned to an individual named “Kye” (short for something) who was also dismissive & rude. He told me the oil change would cost $96.00. I signed a contract to that effect. I then waited over 2 hours for the oil change. Someone stopped me & said the store had closed & asked what i was waiting on. Turns out my car was just sitting there, completed, for no reason. I went to pay, & the same rude front desk woman said I owed $150.00. She literally argued with me. Thankfully I kept the paperwork showing I agreed to the $96.00. She then basically screamed in my ear to a manager saying “WE’VE GOT A PROBLEM.” As I was speaking to the manager, the front desk woman literally shoulder checked me as she walked away. The manager honored the original price. I drove home & realized all of my valve caps are missing. I am literally appalled. I go to dealerships for conformity with the Florida Motor Vehicle Repair Act. Clearly I need to go elsewhere. More
