I ended up with a car from Royal Moore Toyota. So I don't know how the dealership itself is. The toyota dealership was very nice so I would assume the Subaru one is as well since it's owned by the So I don't know how the dealership itself is. I got to the end of this review and It only gives a spot to review this dealership and not the salesman. Javier, our salesman, was awesome to work with. He had a good sense of humor, was smiling the entire time, knew his stuff about the vehicles, and if he didn't he was able to find out the answer quickly. Unfortunately he couldn't complete the transaction because he worked for the Subaru dealership and the vehicle we ended up buying was at the toyota dealership. I unfortunately can't remember his name but the finance guy in the toyota dealership was awesome too. He's the one that drives the grey audi (sweet car). He was able to make spending an absurd amount of money enjoyable. More

OMG AMAZING! !! Kind, respectful, transparent, honest, thorough, great listeners, and so much amazing-ness!!! Granted I have only been to 2 other dealerships !! Kind, respectful, transparent, honest, thorough, great listeners, and so much amazing-ness!!! Granted I have only been to 2 other dealerships - but both did shady sales techniques… ROYAL MOORE DOES NOT. People are all different so there may be bad experiences once in a while - but the chances of that happening here is VERY LOW. My sister has been to many dealerships and has also said she has never been as impressed as she is with this place!! And a few friends and coworkers have said the same thing about this place!! Absolutely true!! They never put me in a bad car to convince me to get one they wanted to sell… every car they showed me was is amazing condition and had what I wanted… it was about ME. Every person we dealt with was transparent!!! And kind!! I started off messaging Javier and he checked in a lot- but Josh Templeton helped me throughout… He pulled the PERFECT CAR. Unfortunately I couldn’t afford that one but then he found two older models that were AMAZING and STILL had everything I wanted! And when Josh wanted to make sure that information was accurate and my situation was complicated- he got Adam… and Adam walked me through what would happen and expect and wouldn’t let me tell him my ACTUAL BUDGET!! He was like- we are gonna get you in the best car in your budget to help get you on your feet and we aren’t going to let you get into something you can’t afford that will put you right back where you came out of. When we came back to get the car with down payment- Josh was helped again and Javier came and said hi and we chatted for a bit… Josh was super cool, nice, fun to talk to- And I put the head rest on backwards to see if I could turn it around and I got it stuck and he helped and didn’t make me feel dumb or bad!! (It’s okay- I took that car home with me hehehehe) Cole came and helped explain rates and also didn’t give me factual numbers- was transparent about the fact that there are other factors that could change it down the road. I went home with an amazing car today and had an amazing time with the staff and amazing experience!!! AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!! More
