He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. His behavior was condescending and I felt he was sexist towards me. He wouldn’t have treated my husband like he treated me. I felt like the staff took the same training… smile at the frustrated customer until they leave and never come back. Well, that worked! Not only will I never come back to this dealership, but it’s my last Mercedes and they’ve lost me as a customer. This was far from a premium experience and this dealership should be ashamed. More
