A serious car issue was dismissed and promised call backs and appraisals never happened. The dealership uses different phone numbers from all over the country, making impossible to tell the dealership is cal and appraisals never happened. The dealership uses different phone numbers from all over the country, making impossible to tell the dealership is calling, on the rare occasion they did call. Jawad’s customer service was appalling. He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. His behavior was condescending and I felt he was sexist towards me. He wouldn’t have treated my husband like he treated me. I felt like the staff took the same training… smile at the frustrated customer until they leave and never come back. Well, that worked! Not only will I never come back to this dealership, but it’s my last Mercedes and they’ve lost me as a customer. This was far from a premium experience and this dealership should be ashamed. More

Mercedes of Littleton is great always easy to work with. The problem is the van the sprinter van is a real failure is my experience. The van is constantly in the shop and you never know when it will go in The problem is the van the sprinter van is a real failure is my experience. The van is constantly in the shop and you never know when it will go into lip mode and you are stuck and a flat bed truck is charging thousands for a tow. This is the worst most expensive vehicle I have ever owned. I thought buying a Mercedes would be a great experience with a vehicle that would last for a very long time. I am completely disappointed with the Mercedes and not sure what to do with it. More
