So I had purchased my car GLE 350 for Matic in Tampa Florida. Noticed a leak of oil brought it to them. They couldn’t fix it so I took it to Mercedes of Clearwater. They couldn’t fix it couldn’t find th Florida. Noticed a leak of oil brought it to them. They couldn’t fix it so I took it to Mercedes of Clearwater. They couldn’t fix it couldn’t find the oil leak so when we moved to Colorado, I took it to Mercedes of Littleton. They found the oil leak. They gave me a loaner car and they did more than the places I purchased the vehicle couldn’t be happier with Ernesto my service manager I will continue to bring my car there for services. More

Run flat tires are a real nuisance. I’ve had to replace 2 tires in under 4 months to the tune of $1000.00. No warranty on tires that come on the car from the factory makes the situation I’ve had to replace 2 tires in under 4 months to the tune of $1000.00. And I’m well pleased with everything excepting the tire issue. More
