We were impressed with the quality of not just the car we chose, but with everything we saw on the lot .. there wasn't a junker in sight. Our salesman, Samuel, was great and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Thomas in finance is a master magician who worked wonders and really went to bat for us, securing both an excellent rate and warranty. And Jawon, our delivery specialist, was thorough and patient when reviewing all the bells and whistles on the new car. My husband and I are in our 50's, and this was without a doubt the most pleasant car buying experience we've ever had. We'll DEFINITELY return to ALM for our next one. More

It feels good not to be rush with your decision making. Only issue was not getting a little more information about my financing terms and the warranty that was added to the sale of my car. I knew what I was paying for but a little more detail wouldn't hurt. More
