I also was lucky enough to find him available when I went in to test drive the vehicle. He was wonderful throughout the whole experience. I have put off purchasing a vehicle for over 24 years because of having to put up with pushy salesmen. Patrick was not pushy but he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and put me at ease. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. My whole experience at Elk Grove Toyota was above board. The whole staff was very helpful in every aspect. In the Finance Department I spoke with Jay Chhim. He was very patient and helpful. A lot has changed in 24 years. I felt totally at ease and confident with the programs that were explained to me. And Patrick I hope you are still there when I need another new car! More

Trust, Excellent Customer Service, Good Business! While looking for a future car for my son, I found a new 2014 Toyota Prius C advertised at Elk Grove Toyota. My wife and I were hoping this wouldn't be one of those bait and switch deals as the price was already at the top of our budget and we didn't want to get into financing options. Luckily, I knew someone I could trust at EG Toyota, Joel Garcia. I know Joel to be an honest, hard-working, family man, values I feel are important! From start to finish, Joel made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Not once did he try to sway us from our "target" vehicle, even when we initiated a comparison with a higher priced 2015 model. He simply answered our questions, showed us the cost comparison, and didn't try to up-sell us. He didn't pressure us, nor waste our time. Bottom line, Joel Garcia is someone I TRUST and that goes hand in hand with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and GOOD BUSINESS! Thanks Joel for the great work! Jon & Mariah PS... Great Experience From Start to Finish I went in a few weeks ago and purchased a certified pre-owned Toyota Tacoma. I dealt with Jay on the sales side. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle and was willing answer my questions. He wasn't pushy like what you might expect form car dealers. All around he was a friendly guy. I'd recommend seeing him, Kenny in finance was a great guy, He treated my girlfriend and I very well and took plenty of time to explain all of my financing and warranty options. I also followed up with him on a few items and he was very good at getting back to me and ensuring my needs were met even after the sale was completed. Two weeks after I purchased the truck, I went in and got the clear coat interior and exterior service, working with Charles. Charles is hands down the nicest dude I've ever met. Totally genuine guy and explained to me exactly what to expect from the service that I was getting. He also gave me some tips on where I could find a good deal on some after market rims for my truck. I think we can all agree that those who work in a sales driven business model will say or do anything to close a sale.... NOT THE CASE at EG Toyota. They took care of me even after I signed my life away. From soup to nuts these guys took care of me... Ill be heading back there for my next vehicle purchase. More

Good car....not so good service We went to Elk Grove Toyota, because the price on the vehicle we were looking to purchase was the best we had found. The first trip we made we test drove the vehicle and didn't make the purchase. We went home did a little research and went back a little over a week later with the intention of making a purchase in which we did. Between the two trip we worked with two different salesmen while making the purchase, the first problem I had was I was told blatant lies while discussing the vehicle, as the salesman did not know we had previously been there looking at the vehicle. Next comes the service department... While we were getting into the new vehicle the day of the purchase we discovered a broken part. The sales team took care of getting in contact with the service dept. and we were told to get in touch with them the next day to schedule the installation of the part. After TWO attempts at getting in touch with the contact we were instructed to deal with and no callback, I finally got a hold of someone that was willing to help me. We scheduled an appointment to get the part installed and a 15,000 mile service that needed to be done even though i purchased the vehicle with over 15,000 miles. So... I go down for my scheduled appointment and find a huge line of cars and it appears first come first serve (why did I even make an appointment). finally a gentleman comes to help me after waiting for at least 20 min. We go into his office and he tells me its going to be over 2.5 hrs for the service (which apparently is only a tire rotation and a brake inspection) and to install the part (which i could have installed in less than a minute). So with no time like that to wait i decline the service and ask to just install the part. This only took a little over an hour to install. More

Jay gave my wife and I time alone to discuss the purchase of our Scion without any pressure or interference unlike a lot of other sales representatives. Both my wife and I would strongly recommend anyone interested in either investigating or purchasing a vehicle at Elk Grove Toyota, to seek out Jay Chhim as your sales representative. Jay, Delia and I are both very happy with the Scion and the process you helped us through with the purchase. We would have given you a score of 6 - Excellent but that was not available.
