Great People. Dennis, Jay, and Steve were very kind. They fixed the door of a car (not a Volvo) I wanted to buy. I think they were very responsive to making me feel comfortable. We really liked the way Jay treated us. He was super patient when we needed more time to make our decision. He made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. Honestly, having purchased cars of all types, I would never buy another car here. Disorganized, inattentive, terrible communication. I love my Volvo but, will get service elsewhere.
