Jay, JJ, and Matt were all extremely pleasant and I feel like they were all able to relate to us as humans. The other one was helpful when it came to an issue we had with the vehicle and getting the issue resolved, but then the service department was horrible. They were very rude not very helpful. It was really hard to schedule the appointment. It actually makes me not want to buy another vehicle there but again the salesman was great. It was just everything else was very discouraging especially when buying a car should be a good experience. I did not feel our experience was completely a good one. More
