Minor damage to the dashboard can trying to fix the issue I had a Jeep Wrangler. The mechanic didn’t take out the front dashboard probably. It causing minor damaged. Like New I went in for a ticking in my 2015 Cherokees engine, not only is my engine now quiet and like new but they also found a problem with my transfer case I went in for a ticking in my 2015 Cherokees engine, not only is my engine now quiet and like new but they also found a problem with my transfer case and fixed it. Yes it was under warranty so a lot of time was saved because that problem was just showing itself. Jay was always though in explaining what the problem was and how it was gong to be fixed. Pretty good this time. This dealer is better than others. My car recall was done earlier than expected. An hour and a half instead of two hours. Waiting room had bagels left over this time. That is not alw My car recall was done earlier than expected. An hour and a half instead of two hours. Waiting room had bagels left over this time. That is not always the case. No hot chocolate in dispenser which an added benefit so I won't count that against them. The only other not-so-great thing was that after the service was done I was told to wait outside and it took a little over 15 minutes for my car to be brought to the pickup area. I would have preferred to wait inside getting some more work done. I know the recall is not the dealer's fault, but these things take time out of my schedule, so the less time I lose, the better. More
