In fact, there was an error made which resulted in Scranton biting off a substantial cost which was overseen during the initial transaction. And to that - hats off!!! It’s not to often in todays day and age that an individual or an organization will stand up to their own error - especially when it equates to them losing money. I was misquoted, and then when they said they would spit the difference, they have me a 46$credit. But then tacked on a 40$ misc. Charge at the end.
