Bill, Jay, Ed, Dominick and Mike were all great to deal with. Each had their own high points of knowledge and each was fully available to answer all questions right away. Through every step of my vehicle purchase they were fully transparent and nothing was hidden and no costs were snuck in at the last minute. In fact, there was an error made which resulted in Scranton biting off a substantial cost which was overseen during the initial transaction. And to that - hats off!!! It’s not to often in todays day and age that an individual or an organization will stand up to their own error - especially when it equates to them losing money. This is proof that Scranton and the employees at this dealership have INTEGRITY!! Very many thanks to the Scranton team for getting me into my new ride!! More

I was misquoted, and then when they said they would spit the difference, they have me a 46$credit. But then tacked on a 40$ misc. Charge at the end. I also bought a gas tank cover they never installed, n the difference, they have me a 46$credit. But then tacked on a 40$ misc. Charge at the end. I called about these issues on Monday, but I have still not heard back. More
