Wow!! Very impressed I had such a great experience with Scranton Chevrolet of Norwich! First of all, the car itself (2016 Chevy Volt) was a really great deal, much better I had such a great experience with Scranton Chevrolet of Norwich! First of all, the car itself (2016 Chevy Volt) was a really great deal, much better than anything I had seen in my search so far. But the best part of my experience was the customer service from every employee we dealt with. Jay was very kind and helpful over the phone when I first called to set up my appointment. He allowed me to put a small down payment on the car I was interested in over the phone so that it couldn’t be sold before I saw it, which was really nice. When we came in for the test drive we met with Josh, who was great and extremely knowledgeable about the car I wanted to purchase. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything, and he made sure everything was set up for me to come back and purchase the car a few days later. When I came back to finalize the sale, I first met with James, who was incredibly thorough and helpful. He made sure we understood what every form was for, and he went above and beyond to make sure I got a good deal on financing, even securing me an insanely low interest rate on my loan. Even though there were a lot of options for extra things he could try to sell me, he wasn’t pushy at all, and explained which things would actually matter to me and how they could help me (but still didn’t push me into buying anything extra I didn’t want). I felt very reassured that I was being well taken care of. After that, we sat with Bill to finish paperwork and get the car set up. He was also incredibly knowledgeable about my car. I could tell all of the salesmen had been through extensive training and really know the cars they’re selling inside and out. Bill was awesome and very helpful. He sat with us in the car for probably around an hour, going through every button and feature and menu option available in the car, explaining what each thing does in simple terms. It was extremely thorough and helpful. My experience with Scranton Chevrolet of Norwich was top notch from beginning to end. If you are thinking of purchasing a Chevy, you should definitely go to them if you want an amazing customer experience! More
