RBM of Alpharetta has a terribly run service department! I made a service department appointment a week ago and arrived as scheduled. The service writer Melissa indicated that service was running behind and I made a service department appointment a week ago and arrived as scheduled. The service writer Melissa indicated that service was running behind and the routine "B service" I was in for may take longer than expected. TWO and a HALF days later my car was ready. Mind you, this was an oil change, air filter change, and top off the air in the tires. Down the street at 100 other places this takes 20 minutes. (and typically costs a tad less than the $500 the dealership charges). When my car was finally done, I came to pick it up, paid my bill then proceeded to wait 25 minutes for the car to be brought up, despite the fact that 4 porters, valets, greeter were standing around talking and texting on their phones with NO other customers in the service drive. Following the experience I e-mailed the Dealer Principal, the General Mgr, and the Service Manager. The only follow up I received was a call from the service writer I dealt with, Melissa. More

Pleasant buying experience Found the car that fit my requirements in stock with the help of our salesman, George Timmes. Every one from the sales manager, service manager, financial staff were very professional and treated my wife and I as if we were their only customer. Diane Evans was wonderful training us on the operation and set up of our vehicle. The vehicle was detailed and fill with gas before we left the dealership. More

World Class Dealership, Attentive to the Customer We’ve purchased two vehicles from RBM Alpharetta within just a couple of months. Around the fall of 2014, we realized that it was time to replace bo We’ve purchased two vehicles from RBM Alpharetta within just a couple of months. Around the fall of 2014, we realized that it was time to replace both of our aging vehicles, but really had no particular direction or preference in regard to what type of vehicle or even the manufacturer. Our search was short-lived. We started with the usual 'most-popular' brands and models and came away feeling rather flat after the experience. We had enjoyed owning Benz's in the past. We had enjoyed owning Benz's in the past. On a whim, we decided to stop by RBM of Alpharetta, just to see what the lineup was. Honestly, we didn't weren't seriously searching for a higher end vehicle. We were not rushed upon by eager salesmen as soon as we pulled in. We were allowed the opportunity to survey the lineup on our own. After all, we didn't know what we wanted, and so we weren't interested in any particular vehicle, and in particular, not a Mercedes. A couple of models caught our attention and we headed to the showroom to learn more. Bill Winslow was up to bat (an available sales consultant). He was informed, communicative, and obviously very experienced. We made known the vehicles that had peaked our interest, and he made known the numbers right up front, THEN we went for the test drive, not the other way around. We landed upon the GLK 350. I looked at my wife, she nodded, indicating our search was over. It took less than an hour, and remarkably, with no surprises, for Sharon Thompson to complete the paperwork for our transaction. The car is pristine, but has many features that are unique to Benz. To become more familiar with the vehicle, RBM provides concierge vehicle delivery with highly trained specialists to assist new owners to become more familiar with the vehicle. Pamela Ciccatera spent more than an hour helping us to become familiar with all the gadgets, bells and whistles. Pamela has also been patient as we have repeatedly called upon her to help us with particular features of the vehicle. Each time we visit the dealership, the gracious and elegant Mary Brown greets us by name at the front desk. Our experience was very positive, no difficulties, no snafus. We were both quite impressed by the vehicle. Our experience in working with Bill Winslow and Mark McQuaid was so positive that we determined within two weeks, we decided to obtain a second GLK from RBM Alpharetta, this time a diesel. YIPEE! and WOW! What a terrifically fun couple of cars to drive! Bill Winslow and the symphony of experienced and professional business people at RBM decompress the buying process. Again, for the second purchase, it took less than an hour for Carol Duster to complete the paperwork and we were on the road in two GLK’s. RBM’s sales team is truly consultative, completely without gimmicks and pressure tactics. Being treated with courtesy by everyone we met made both of our new car acquisitions at RBM was only pleasant! Sincere thanks to Bill Winslow for seamlessly putting our transactions together. Kudos and compliments to RBM Alpharetta ownership for pulling together a winning combination of professionals. RBM Alpharetta is Mercedes done with Alpharetta style (without the snooty attitude).
