Service department serviced car morning of delivery and did not tighten lug nuts to spec. 30 minutes down the road, the wheels were all very lose. Lug nuts could be taken off by hand. Very dangerous. Staff Friendly, but lack transparency which leads me to question integrity. Had to make several trips and still unsure if services they say they performed were completed as promised.
