I bought my car in July. They still haven’t sent all of the information I need to get my tag to the DMV. They won’t give me a break down of what they charged me for taxes even though I’ve asked multiple times. They added on a $2000 100k mile warranty onto my car loan for a new car that already came with a 20 yr 200k warranty. And they added almost $400 to the agreed upon price. When I called them out on this they acted like they did nothing wrong and that I was over reacting. By far the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had and I fully regret buying my car! More
