I recieved no follow up after dropping off the car. They had the car for 3 days. I had to call several times with no call back. This is my second dealings with service, both have been poor. Omeara’s staff is terrible with communication. They don’t answer their phone and don’t return phone calls. I brought my car in for what I thought would be covered under my warranty, it was not. Wh They don’t answer their phone and don’t return phone calls. I brought my car in for what I thought would be covered under my warranty, it was not. When they told me that I advised them I’d be putting up my car since I couldn’t afford what they quoted me, I was never told my total until I arrived. They charged me $229 for a visual diagnosis, even after I advised I was upset I they did take $20 off the total but over $200 for a visual diagnosis is a bit much when I wasn’t expecting it. More
