Omeara’s staff is terrible with communication. They don’t answer their phone and don’t return phone calls. I brought my car in for what I thought would be covered under my warranty, it was not. Wh They don’t answer their phone and don’t return phone calls. I brought my car in for what I thought would be covered under my warranty, it was not. When they told me that I advised them I’d be putting up my car since I couldn’t afford what they quoted me, I was never told my total until I arrived. They charged me $229 for a visual diagnosis, even after I advised I was upset I they did take $20 off the total but over $200 for a visual diagnosis is a bit much when I wasn’t expecting it. More
