A pleasant surprise was Kenny, delivery specialist, who goes over the operation of vehicle (take advantage of his knowledge). Dealership is dog friendly having better treats for your pet than for humans. Our puppy had a great time at dealership, but waited until she got home to consume her treat. If you are looking for a doughnut treat - may I suggest check out the trunk. Before we left, Jay took us around to introduce us to parts manager and service department. They appear to work harder to keep you coming back than just making a sale. Albeit, I have only driven the vehicle (Limited Cross Trek) a few miles, the vehicle handled well on highway and local roads and curves. Two free oil changes (IOU) provided, and 25 dollar gas card to follow as well. More
