I wanted to take a moment and share my wife's and my experience of Halleen Kia and their staff. We were greeted promptly by Jay Lowe as we entered the dealership. Jay did a wonderful job of listening to our thoughts on what we wanted our shopping experience to be. He then worked to meet our expectation. He presented the model we were there to view and let us take our time to drive and inspect the vehicle to make sure it was what we truly wanted. There was ZERO pressure with his approach which allowed us to become comfortable with the experience. Once we chose the right product for us he provided us with a trade proposal for us to consider. He worked with us to arrive at a bottom line number that we felt was extremely fair. He had our new vehicle cleaned to an exceptional level before presenting it to us to take home. This is our third new vehicle we have purchased from Halleen Kia in the past 2 years. I will continue to do business with them due to the superior service their staff provides. More

Jay worked with us professionally from the beginning - f in Northeast Ohio proved to be cranking their prices up well over MSRP for new Kia vehicles. Jay worked with us professionally from the beginning - from viewing all available inventory of the car we wanted, to working with us on certain price points and negotiations. We never felt that Jay was being pushy or overbearing, and he was very considerate to us. While we were waiting for finances etc. to clear during lunchtime, Jay went out to buy us lunch from a nearby restaurant without hesitation! I would happily recommend Jay, especially knowing what some car sales reps can be like. He will do his best to work with you, and treat you with a great deal of respect. More
