Great dealership to work with!!! I wasn't necessarily looking for a different vehicle but saw a truck posted on FB Marketplace and began communicating with Becca. She was quick to respond and could answer all my questions. Long story short I ended up downgrading my 2014 RAM for a 2008 Ford but it meant all my needs... and no hassle with arguing about price and/or trade in value. They allowed me to take to my local mechanic to ensure no known issues in the future. All necessary items for paperwork was done ahead of time so all that was needed to do was to sit for a few minutes to sign the papers... and the process was complete. I appreciate all involved in the process and especially Becca as she was the "face/voice" of Deur Speet which went flawless for all buying aspects. Thank you Becca! More

This is the first time I have ever been able to say I have worked with a dealership that offers all of the above. I am so impressed with Todd, Jay and Becca that my wife and I are planning on buying our next vehicle from Deur-Speet. That is saying something since we live a five-hour drive away. It also speaks volumes since we have 5 kids at home and will need a lot of help in the near future when it comes to vehicles. We purchased a 2016 Ram 1500 Big Horn. The truck came as advertised for a price well below what other dealers were advertising. While I fought my way through Chicago traffic (an experience in and of itself), Todd and Becca worked on short notice to add a tonneau cover. Despite showing up at 6 pm, when the dealership closed that day, Becca stayed well after close to show me all the features of the truck. Todd drove me across town to drop off the rental, and Jay didn't try to "up-sell" additional financial products. The price we agreed on over text and email was the price I paid. The gas tank was full, the truck runs like a dream and I can't forget to mention the sense of security that comes from a lifetime powertrain warranty that is unique to Deur-Speet. You might be saying, "This can't be true!" Wait, there is more. I picked up the truck and drove it straight home to Wisconsin. Todd, texted me early the next morning to make sure I returned home safely. I have never received such care and attention from a dealership. Great Pricing & a Beautiful Drive From Grand Rapids I started searching for a used car back in August, but was mostly window shopping until recently knowing I needed a new ride by December when my curre I started searching for a used car back in August, but was mostly window shopping until recently knowing I needed a new ride by December when my current lease runs out. I extended my search range in the last two weeks not finding quite what I was looking for. I was very happy to encounter Deur Speet Motors and a 2014 BMW X1 they had on the lot from a recent trade-in. The car was priced well below KBB value and the listing was thorough and included the Carfax information. I worked w/ Kim mainly and she was a delight to work with, very responsive and most importantly honest. I did receive a troubling call from Todd, one of the owners, in response to my offer on the vehicle, which I did end up purchasing. Todd was making a counteroffer and trying to talk me out of taking the car to my mechanic in GR to have it checked out before closing the deal, despite not offering a warranty. That call and his tone were very disconcerting and convinced me to follow through on my plan to have the car checked out. Had Todd not called and Jay, the finance manager, not provided misleading information in regards to the doc fees [they charge the maximum allowed by MI law ($210), which Jay stated was required by the State], this would be a 5 star review, and the 4 stars listed is mainly due to Kim. I purchased the car and got a great price! I would recommend checking out Deur Speet and it's a beautiful drive to Fremont from GR. Never buy a used car w/o having it checked out by a mechanic first. More
