There was a no-pressure sales atmosphere, the deal was fair, and the F&I process was far more pleasurable than my last experience elsewhere. I'm a week into my fist Subaru after holding onto a Volvo S60 for 13 years. I'm very impressed with the car, especially the EyeSight system. I can't say EyeSight has prevented an accident yet, but this system will save lives. If your not thinking about this system, you should and the test drive won't do the system justice. More

Joe Z. made the experience effortless and a pleasure. He was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. He guided us through all the steps and acquainted us to the car. Jose, the business manager, helped us through all the paperwork very efficiently and professionally. We saw our previous salesperson, Jay, who got promoted to assistant manager, and he was friendly and helpful as well. The kids were entertained with the complementary food and free wifi. We were extremely pleased with the car and drove home happy. We won't be afraid to drive on snowy roads anymore come winter. Need we mention that this is the second Subaru we've purchased within 3 months, both from Garavel? We highly recommend anyone in the Tri-state area to visit Garavel. It's definitely worth the trip.
