My family has been buying their cars from the Burnsville VW Dealership for as long as I can remember. The service was poor, unfriendly, and overly pushy. They even had me sit in a car that still had Cheetos on the ground from the previous owner. Needless to say we drove back to Burnsville. As we pulled up to the Burnsville VW Dealership I was welcomed with big smiles and a hug. Within the first half an hour I had test driven two cars, both fitting the description of what I was looking for. Finally, I had found the car I wanted! Thank you, Luther Burnsville Volkswagen. More

My boyfriend drives a VW Phaeton and loves it. When I started talking about trading in my truck for a car, he immediately suggested looking at a VW. We went into the dealership and started looking and Li started talking about trading in my truck for a car, he immediately suggested looking at a VW. We went into the dealership and started looking and Linda came to help. I was totally indecisive about what I wanted to do or what kind of vehicle I wanted to look at. I didn't think I was ready to trade in my truck either. Linda was very patient and worked with me through the whole experience. I started looking at a Tiguan then a CC and ended up buying a Passat. This was over a weeks time. We spent several hours there driving different vehicles and talking to Linda and Jay. Every time we went in, no matter how busy she was, she always took the time for us. Always had a smile and always made sure we were taken care of. This is the first car I have ever purchased on my own and it was a big deal for me and she made it even better!! There ended up being an issue with the car after I bought it. They sent a mechanic out on Sunday and got me up and going and then on Monday I took the car in, was in a loaner car and on my way in less then 5 minutes. My car was delivered to me on Tuesday in perfect condition and has been running perfectly ever since. If you are looking for a car and a great buying experience Linda is who you need to ask for when you go in. When she says she treats you like family, she really means it!! I am now part of the VW family and am not missing my truck at all!! More

I just purchased my second Jetta lease from Burnsville Volks and Linda Radue and am super happy with my new car! I traded up for new options the 2013 Jetta offers and the beautiful new color, Moonrock Sil Volks and Linda Radue and am super happy with my new car! I traded up for new options the 2013 Jetta offers and the beautiful new color, Moonrock Silver Metallic. I love the bluetooth syncing with my iPhone, the heated seats, sunroof & great sound system. All the creature comforts for a Minnesota driver. I've had many Jetta's & Audi A4's in the past and still keep coming back to them. They have just enough room plus a big, easy to load trunk while being small enough to park in the city. My customer experience could not be better at this dealer. The new facility has easy access and is a cross between an Executive Lounge at an airport and an Apple store! It's light, bright & has comfy chairs & snacks while you wait for the best service people in town to service your car. I've never had a bad experience here. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and the delightful Linda Radue is a pleasure to make a deal with! My congratulations to them for an exceptional dealership & for changing the ways we all think about the 'car buying' experience. More

I just bought my 2nd VW CC from Steve Kahn and Jay Radue and I can't be happier! Steve called me up knowing I was coming close to the end of my current lease and because of really good current lease program and I can't be happier! Steve called me up knowing I was coming close to the end of my current lease and because of really good current lease program I was able to turn in my old CC and upgrade to a new CC early.
