I've dealt with other sales people here with prior Toyota cars but Jay really went above and beyond his duties. He was really patient through seeing and driving several cars on the used lot, and managed to get us an incredibly low interest rate, stayed with us through a lot of deliberation about the purchase, and saw us through till the end. After we left he followed up the next day to see how everything was. We had an issue with the windshield wipers but had us come back immediately to get that fixed and managed the entire service process for us. When we are there for service he still pops in to make sure we are taken care of. His level of conscientiousness and customer care is superb. I would recommend him highly. More
