I would love to have left an overwhelmingly positive review, however I cant. To be straight to the point....my delivery document was FORGED by the salesman and I received an email on Sunday evening " review, however I cant. To be straight to the point....my delivery document was FORGED by the salesman and I received an email on Sunday evening "completed delivery confirmation submitted on March 8, 2026 @ 6:32PM edt by myname, email and phone attached" asking me to Validate Signature ~~~ BTW Palmer Dodge is closed on Sundays.... The document states that "I" sign and consent to the delivery of this vehicle, confirm and certify the signature is mine~~~NOT I have yet to verify the signature as the SALESMAN ADMITTED TO SIGNING MY NAME and DOES IT ALL THE TIME and the GM STATED THEY DO IT ALL THE TIME as 70-80% of their sales are out of state~~when did signing someone elses name become OK? Its not and thats why it is FORGERY, FRAUD and a FELONY I requested the GM void my lease as forgery is a crime but basically refused to be of any assistance there with a bunch of lies.......nevermind the "we will do this and that" which was part of why I moved ahead with the lease that WAS NOT PROVIDED!! My review with Stellantis basically echos this and the leasing division will be receiving a screenshot of the forged signature. Had the GM @ Palmer Dodge worked with me to void the lease, I would have been able to leave a very different review. More

I enjoyed working with Jay, but it wound up being a pain dealing with finance trying to get a rate and pricing where it needed to be. Typical car dealer pushing warranties and your financing.
