Great customer service I arrived at KIA with no idea what I was looking for. Jon met me at the door and immediately sat down with me and started giving me options on what would fit my budget. He found a beautiful used Optima that fit my price range. I couldn't be happier with my experience. He was genuinely kind and did not try to pressure me in any way. When it was time to sign all the documents, Jay in finance clearly explained everything in simple terms and was very insistent that I understood exactly what was being agreed to. I drove off the lot with a sense of comfort and happiness with my purchase. I plan on continuing my relationship with Halleen Kia when looking for a car in the future. More
