I went to return my lease, I was contemplating on either keeping the car, returning the car as a whole, or leasing a new Acura because I love the car. I worked with the salesman who “ran numbers” and basica keeping the car, returning the car as a whole, or leasing a new Acura because I love the car. I worked with the salesman who “ran numbers” and basically put me into a car without bringing it up so I can see what I was getting into and I didn’t know the numbers of the agreement until I went into the financing department. Never felt like a sales situation was half-assed in my life until then. When asking for clarification on why my payment was more for a similar car and why the price was so different and no one could give me an answer. I didn’t even know the new car was 3k less than my original car I was bringing in, and I am taking a lease out for an extra year. Went back in to resign something because somehow paperwork was messed up, explained the situation to the GM who then offered us Acura backpacks so we could “advertise for them”. After this car is done I will no longer be doing business with Joe Rizza Acura. More

My husband and I were both very happy with our entire experience. Great salesman that didn’t hesitate one second to help me and my daughter on our first visit where another dealership we stopped at didn’ experience. Great salesman that didn’t hesitate one second to help me and my daughter on our first visit where another dealership we stopped at didn’t even say hello to us. Every employee we encountered there was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Never over pressuring and they worked through a few issues we had with our other cars…. And bottom line, they made the numbers work for us!! I wouldn’t recommend them over and over and I am living my new RDX! More
