I have communicated with Strong VW since August 2020 it is now August 2022 my issues have not been satisfied thru today, the response that was given by Strong VW to make things right, has never happened I have e-mailed each year trying to resolve this issue My latest encounter with this location was I had gone in 2 get the free oil change as stated by the VIP program I engaged my case worker to follow me to their location Upon arriving my case worker was told they were full for the day, told her you needed to be there by 9;00am to have any chance to get the oil change our difficulty is first I was never informed about the time restraints of time , I don't live in SLC which leaves my case worker to get a hotel the night prior to the date of free oil change to have a (chance) to get the service! If your going to offer free services for life is all good but you need to be able to take advantage of the VIP program on a chance, that to us is not VIP service looking at the options for requesting service if your not a VIP you can make an appointment for these services if you cant accommodate to make an appointment for VIP service you shouldn't offer it.making it a hassle to receive it I ended up getting my oil change local paying the better part of $80 while I was receiving the oil change I looked through the owner manual it states if you don't have this Service don't by a VW maintenance department it may effect your warranty If you can not get an appointment at the dealer what's left for you to do but take care of this service elsewhere It's great to email the customer that you want to make things right you need to actually do it
