After the service and attention that Jean gave me I was impressed enough to authorize $2,000 of "other" work that needed to be done on my 2011 Traverse. So far I am very pleased and will probably continue to break my rule of not going to a dealer for mechanic work... Good job Jean. More

I called to schedule an oil change thinking it was too late on a Friday morning, but my service advisor Jean J. was able to recommend a time that afte I called to schedule an oil change thinking it was too late on a Friday morning, but my service advisor Jean J. was able to recommend a time that afternoon! When I arrived she met me and I explained what I wanted. She covered the service recommendations that should be performed and when I asked how much longer that might take she said I'd be out in 2 hours. I thought this was fantastic so had the oil change, 3 part Fuel System service and the tires rotated. Jean came to the customer lounge area 30 minutes ahead of time to say everything was done and the car washed. Wow! I was impressed. Jean also looked at my tires and assured me they were in good shape for the coming Phoenix summer and even showed me where to check for the wear indicators in the tread. No previous advisor has done all this for me. I really appreciate Jean going the extra mile and the work done by the mechanics in a very timely fashion. Great Job Everyone! More

When I brought my Equinox in, she met me and gave me further information which was great! I have never spoken to any customer service rep in any capacity as your employee, Jean. Running board change I just purchased a new 2015 Silverado. The truck had sat on the lot for some time and the chrome running boards had some tarnish that the detailed cou I just purchased a new 2015 Silverado. The truck had sat on the lot for some time and the chrome running boards had some tarnish that the detailed could not get off. The service department changed out the running boards and they look nice. The service writer called me and told me the truck was finished and they also washed it. I picked up the truck late, almost closing. Surprised to say the boards looked nice but the truck was still very dirty. They did not wash it. No problem except they said they did. More

For instance, made sure to ask if the vehicle had factory darkened glass as a limo tint would make visual at night relatively tough. Not only that but had other informative comments along the way.
