Great Service, Beginning to End From the moment my Service Adviser (Jean) met me at the door, until my service work was completed, I was treated professionally and with respect. The service diagnostic process was complete and identified the source of my problem as well as a few recommended options that were appropriate for the age and mileage of my vehicle. The work required would take two days; Jean offered a loaner and contacted me promptly when the work was scheduled for completion. The work was actually completed ahead of schedule and I was able to discuss the repair with the technician (Bill) that did the job. All of my questions were patiently answered and I left confident in the quality of the workmanship. I would certainly recommend this service center, without hesitation. More

Jeanie is Awesome. Everyone dreads going to a dealership for repairs, I am one of them. My visit was for a recall issue with my Hummer H3. I also knew that I was due for my 90 day service and that I might have other maintenance and issues, so I had prepared myself for a pricey bill. I had never been to this dealership before, but it was the closest to my home, which is why I picked it. Jean answered the phone and was my service consultant. She is good at what she does. She is very personable, I liked her from the start and even though my final bill was exceedingly more than I expected, I felt that Jean applied all the discounts and coupons that she could, and I know she saved me hundreds of dollars off the retail price of the service performed. She informed me of everything, there were no surprises and I enjoyed working with her. As far as the service to my vehicle. That is all under the hood and time will tell if everything keeps working well, but I have no complaints yet. Thank you Jean. You Rock! More

I worked with Jean. I was given top rate care. Jean had all the answers to my concerns about my Sonic. The battery had died, they also did a oil @ filter change and ev I was given top rate care. Diagnose was incorrect The replace of my AC Discharge hose which cost $133 was incorrect. Upon taking it to my mechanic within 15 mins he had it diagnosed to an o ring which The replace of my AC Discharge hose which cost $133 was incorrect.
