I'm always promptly greeted at the drive thru area and then my customer service rep Jean is usually there to greet me and take care of any questions or concerns I have about my vehicle. I had to wait even though I had an appt. Also I complained to service manager that it took me several tries to call the service sept. They kept me on hold for an extensive amount of time.
